Please note:

1. The validity of SchoolCAS and CSPRS is one academic year; renewal is required annually for continued use.
2. Website renewal is required annually at the domain cost plus 1000.
3. SchoolCAS with CSPRS (Combined) users are eligible for a static school website at the cost of the domain only.
4. SCRG v2.6.1 (INR 8,000), ID Card Creator v2.6.1 (INR 5,000), and Fix Slow PC (INR 500) come with a perpetual license available for a one-time payment. The license is valid only for the same PC with the same hardware configuration. The application may not function if there are any hardware changes; in such cases, please contact the developer for assistance. Additional charges may apply, including but not limited to reactivation, user-requested customizations, version updates, or installation on a different PC.
5. The PIP System is available at INR 7,000, which includes a .in domain, hosting space, setup and configuration, and a desktop application for management.
   The yearly renewal fee is INR 3,000, covering the domain, hosting space, and management of the PIP Upload Manager desktop application.
   Any on-demand customization in the PIP webpage or desktop application will be charged separately
6. Online and remote support is provided free of charge. Support requests will be addressed within up to 24 hours of receiving the request, and we will try to respond as soon as possible.
   On-site visits will be chargeable at INR 300 per visit.
