Introduction to Modules

SchoolCAS has many modules and features. All modules are designed for easy operation and are user-friendly. Here is an introduction to the main modules of SchoolCAS.

Student’s Profile

The student’s profile is designed with the data requirements of UDISE and E-Shikshakosh in mind. You can export all students’ data to Excel with one click.

Class Fee

Class fees, such as Tuition Fee, Transport Fee, Annual Fee, or any other fees, can be applied in seconds to all students imported from an Excel sheet.

Rectification

Whenever any changes occur in the Transport Fee or to give a discount, you can use this module to apply fee rectifications to one student or on a class-wise/route-wise basis easily.

Fee Deposit

The design and operation are very user-friendly. You can view the payment status of students session-wise or for the current month, and deposit the fee in seconds. If you have a Bulk SMS service, then you will be able to send SMS notifications to parents after the fee deposit.

Payment Due Status

You can easily generate the payment due status of students for the entire session or for the current month. You can print the generated report either list-wise or as a slip for each student.

Expenses

Here, you can enter office expenses and export the data to Excel by date, by month, or for the entire session.

Admit Card

You can generate and print the Admit Card here.

I-Card

You can generate a Basic I-Card for students to provide immediately.

Fee Card

Generate and print the Transfer Certificate.

Notice Slip

You can generate and print information about any events or notifications to inform the parents.

Student Summary

Here, you can view the number of students by class (Boys/Girls), Minority Group, Category, etc.

Account Summary

You can view the total income by head, either by date, monthly, or for the entire session.
